Discovery

Before we design or build anything, we need to deeply understand your business. This phase is about listening, learning, and uncovering where the real friction points are — not where you think they are.

Typical duration: 2–3 working days

Design

Based on what we learned in Discovery, we architect your entire operational setup. We select the right tools, design the processes, and build out a detailed implementation roadmap before a single click is made.

Implement

This is where we build. We set up, configure, and integrate every tool. We build the workflows, connect the systems, and create the process templates — all hands-on, alongside you.

Typical duration: 1–3 weeks depending on scope

Enable

Building a great system is only half the job. Enable is where we make sure you and your team can actually run, use, and evolve everything we've built — without us in the room.

Typical duration: 2–3 days + 2-week support window

Common Questions

Things people usually ask.

How long does a full engagement take?
A typical end-to-end engagement runs 3–5 weeks, depending on scope. Small tool implementations can be completed in 1–2 weeks. Complex full-stack setups with process design and training can take 6–8 weeks.
Do we work on all phases at once or sequentially?
The phases run sequentially — each one builds on the last. This ensures we're always building the right thing, rather than implementing before we've properly understood your business.
What if our needs change partway through the project?
We build in a change review at the end of the Design phase specifically for this reason. Minor scope changes during Implement are handled without extra charge. Major scope changes are discussed transparently and priced accordingly.
What happens after the Enable phase ends?
You're fully self-sufficient and we've provided all the documentation. Many clients return for ongoing support retainers or new projects as they grow. We also offer periodic check-ins at an agreed rate.
Can you work remotely?
Yes — the vast majority of our work is done remotely via video call, shared documents, and async tools. We're DACH-based and available in CET timezone, but work with clients across Europe and globally.
