Completely. The discovery call is 30 minutes, free of charge, and comes with zero obligation. We use it to understand your situation, answer your questions, and see if there's a genuine fit. If there isn't, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Our sweet spot is solopreneurs, freelancers, and startups from 1–30 people. We've also worked with established SMBs up to about 80 people. What matters more than headcount is mindset: we work best with clients who are ready to invest in their operations and willing to engage actively in the process.
How much does a typical Syntaxios engagement cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually based on the work involved, so there's no flat rate. After your discovery call, we'll provide a clear proposal with a fixed price for the defined scope — no hourly billing surprises. Typical engagements range from a focused tool implementation to a full operational overhaul, with pricing to match.
Do you work remotely or in person?
The vast majority of our work is done remotely via video call, shared workspaces, and async tools. We're DACH-based and operate in CET timezone, but work with clients across Europe and beyond. In-person workshops can be arranged for DACH-based clients on request.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of a signed proposal, depending on our current capacity. If you have a hard deadline, let us know in your message and we'll be upfront about whether we can meet it.
Do you offer ongoing support after the engagement ends?
All engagements include a 2-week post-handover support window. Beyond that, ongoing support retainers are available for clients who want continued access as their business evolves. We can discuss this during the discovery call.
